Magellan Health Inc. acquired 70pct of Bayless Integrated Healthcare in December 2020. Two weeks later, Centene announced its intention to acquire Magellan. By January 2022, Bayless was 70% owned by Centene. Centene acquired the remaining 30% of Bayless in early 2023.
As part of the negotiations to acquire the remaining 30% of Bayless Integrated Healthcare, Centene returned the Bayless Integrated Healthcare trademark.
In Jan 2024, Justin Bayless has become the legal owner of the name Bayless Integrated Healthcare trademark once again.
