In today’s fast evolving landscape, I believe it is more important than ever to listen, guide, and mentor students to follow their curiosities and co-create innovative ways to engage in growth opportunities. The highlights of my weeks are seeing students find confidence in the recognition of their strengths (and blindspots) and in turn fearlessly pursue their goals. As a former student-athlete, I am eternally grateful to my “behind the scenes heroes.” They illuminated the commitment and passion it takes to provide an environment of growth, support, and inclusion, and I will forever strive to provide the same to those I serve.A self-proclaimed lifelong learner I am in constant search of new ways to interact, learn, and grow within my profession and as a citizen of the world.
