My main areas of focus are downtown to South Charlotte including Ballantyne, Weddington, Waxhaw, Matthews, Indian Trail, Pineville, Fort Mill, Indian Land. I also cover north Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville and the lake areas surrounding Charlotte.For home sellers, I list and sell homes in neighborhoods and price ranges all over the greater Charlotte area. I have obtained the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Strategic Listing Specialist designations. My Luxury Home experience and education allows me to provide the specialized marketing skill and knowledge necessary to effectively prepare and market homes in all price ranges. In working with home buyers, my extensive knowledge of the area, the schools (both public and private) and neighborhoods ensures that my clients have all the information and inside knowledge necessary to make smart real estate decisions.
