I work collaboratively with internal departments that include sales, engineering, drafting, fabrication, purchasing, freight, and site. My role is to ensure projects are executed efficiently while meeting timelines and budgets.I serve as the primary point of contact for communications with the customer, general contractor, and other subcontractors for the project's duration. I maintain project schedules, manage the submittal approval process, track budgets, and billing milestones, issue change orders, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and monitor site operations and logistics.

I collaborated with residents and municipalities to assist with the facilitation of traffic-calming demonstrations and campaigns. Spring 2018: Public Park Design for the town of Acton, MA 53 River Street CommitteeI worked as one of two designers to develop a park design for a 7-acre conservation area along Fort Pond Brook. We collaborated with the 53 River Street Committee to facilitate two public forums and additional outreach to determine the vision and desires of the community for the space. Our process included an in depth site analysis, consideration of the greater ecology of the region, and resulted in a design that featured ecological restoration, recreational opportunity, and connectivity to the greater community. Our design was ultimately used to secure grant funding from the state of Massachusetts for implementation.Winter 2017/18: Ecological Assessment of South Hadley, MASouth Hadley Conservation CommissionAs part of a team of three, we worked with the Conservation Commission to assess and inform conservation efforts along the Connecticut River. Using quantitative data, informed by indicators of ecological health, I used ArcGIS to develop a matrix to rank the ecological value of undeveloped and unprotected parcels of land throughout town. This matrix, along with data about the impacts of various types of development on natural ecosystems provided a framework for the Commission to make decisions about land use throughout South Hadley and areas where conservation should be prioritized. Fall 2017: Residential Property Design Greenfield, MAWorking closely with the homeowners, I designed a comprehensive landscape plan for a 2.3-acre undeveloped lot. I developed a grading plan, sited their home for passive heating/cooling, and free standing solar array for maximum solar gain. The design included a planting plan for a fruit tree orchard, raised beds, and perennial gardens.

I worked collaboratively with the board of directors to represent local business interests in the Upper Gunnison Valley. I maintained and developed relationships with the locally owned business community. I drafted and monitored the organization's annual budget, wrote grants, oversaw several employees and two visitor centers. Partnering with local government officials, and the Tourism Association we promoted visitorship in the Gunnison Valley.

I planned and executed eight annual events to promote visitorship within the tourism-based economy. I drafted and managed event budgets, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and websites. My responsibilities also included applying for local and state permits, writing grants, organizing volunteers, and managing sponsorships and vendors.
