Responsible for building, delivering and optimising highly relevant and personalised Everyday Rewards (EDR) category level offers and programs for Woolworths supermarkets, with a focus on the objectives to grow EDR member base, incentivise key customer groups to drive their spend within supermarkets and to deliver on financial targets - all in an Agile ways of working.

End-to-end management and execution of successful, highly-targeted, multi-channel BTL offers to the Everyday Rewards loyalty member base - working with a range of stakeholders throughout the WooliesX and Woolworths Supermarket business.

Completed a 4 month unpaid internship, and a 1 month paid casual position with Social Soup. This role involved monitoring and analysing campaigns, social media monitoring and analysis, new business research, community management, cloud based software management (ASANA) and invoice recognition and approval. This position offered me valuable insights into what is involved in the day to day running of a marketing agency. This internship gave me the opportunity to learn necessary tools and skills that will be required of me when looking for full time work. After completing this internship I now have more to offer to my future employers and now have a vibrant competitive advantage.
