• Preparation and implementation of a marketing/communication plan to ensure stakeholder buy-in, and support the roll-out of the tool;

Designed a communication strategy for the Food Security Monitoring Systems unit, and designed a new Information System according to the "Elevator Shaft Principle".

• For three days a week, from June until December 2005, worked for WFP’s Regional Bureau for Asia in Bangkok Thailand, while being based in Rome. Wrote the strategic marketing plan for the Asian Fund Raising Team.

Investigated successful cooperations between FAO and Private Sector, and designed generic business models to be used in future cooperations.

Main responsibilities included:Restructured the company to make it more efficient and profitable;Developed the overall company strategic framework as well as a corresponding implementable midterm plan;Responsible for the overall corporate.

Responsible for key product Omnic. Designed a campaign that increased marketshare with 12% in one year and made Omnic market leader in the benign prostate hyperplasia market.
