• Support recruiting process of ten offices with a focus on planning, execution and management of the undergraduate recruiting cycle for full-time and internship positions, and assist the MBA and Ph.D. processes. • Responsible for preparation and logistics for all campus events including: presentations, career fairs and interviews. • Organize, schedule and conduct interviews and facilitate debrief discussions. • Prepare offer letters and communicate interview follow-up.• Logistical management of interviews including: arranging travel, maintaining budgets, expense reports, maintaining and updating schedules, candidates and interview packets, catering and AV.• Administer the recruiting database (UltiPro) and applicant tracking/applicant flow processes. Identity and schedule meetings for new hires with appropriate people within the firm.• Develop and maintain relationships with Career Services representatives.• Facilitate background checks for new employees firm wide.• Coordinate MBA Admissions presentations from top ten nationwide business schools.
