As a member of Harmonic's Corporate Marketing team, I am involved with coordinating many of Harmonic's corporate trade shows. I also manage many of our regional broadcast and cable trade shows and events in the Americas. I am part of the process from start to finish; I coordinate event sponsorships, trade show booths and meeting spaces, coordinate planning meetings, assist in pre- and post-show communications. I also coordinate hotel room blocks, manage room bookings and hotel related communications for our largest trade shows and corporate events. I work with vendors on the creation of signage, display properties, giveaways, and other support materials needed for events. I take a key role in coordinating packing and shipping logistics for our events.I am very skilled with Excel; I manage budget spreadsheets for my regional shows as well as many of our large corporate events and trade shows. I use necessary tools to create and track hundreds of POs each year related to show space, services and support materials and follow up with vendors on payments/invoicing instructions.

I work with vendors on the creation of signage, display properties, and support materials needed for events. I work closely with the PR team in the management of speaking opportunities. I assist in communications for our weekly sales training webinars and provide in-room technical assistance for our web conferencing software and call. I am very skillful with Excel; I keep budget spreadsheets for the shows I coordinate along with or large corporate events and tradeshows, and can use necessary tools to create and track POs and for purchased items. I also support sales and pre-sales with marketing materials for regional tabletop shows.
