Elke Stoiber worked her way through law school as a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate department, joined as an associate in 2002 and was promoted to Of Counsel in November 2013. She practices in the Real Estate and Commercial Lending Practice Groups. She represents clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, with an emphasis on the representation of institutional lenders and government sponsored or guaranteed facilities. In addition to her lending work, Ms. Stoiber drafts contracts, represents builders in the sale of new construction, acts as counsel to banks on issues involving general banking and cash management matters, including the negotiation of Inter-creditor, Lockbox and other Tri-Party Agreements and acts as transfer agent for several cooperative corporations. Ms. Stoiber is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations.
