Daniel J. Baker, Partner in the Real Estate and Land Use Practice Groups at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, zoning and land use, and environmental law. Well-diversified, Mr. Baker has expanded his legal knowledge and has practiced in various areas of the law throughout his career spanning 25 years.I began my career at a Mineola law firm, gaining experience in that firm's niche areas of real estate tax certiorari and condemnation, real property law and general real estate law.
