I am currently in my second year at St. John’s sixth form studying …. On the side I have also decided to develop my sales skills and learn how to start my own business with Monument Promotions, doing face to face sales. As I am only part time I still have a long way to go however, with the progression and coaching they have available I am always learning and excited to see where I am by the end of the year!I have previous experience in some forms of customer service. And now, through working in the sales industry I am constantly enhancing my knowledge and developing a wider understanding of it even more so. I am also learning to become more confident as I get the opportunity to speak to a lot of different people all the time, this also helps massively with communication skills too. This is all really key to my progression as my main goal is to have my own events management and promotions business in the foreseeable future.
