A suicide prevention charity where I am working with young people aged 5-30 in a supporter role, providing trauma informed, holistic and non-clinical support to those struggling with mental health problems.

I currently volunteer at a crisis text line offering empathetic and confidential support to people with a wide range of mental health difficulties. I create a non-judgemental environment for texters to feel comfortable in, whilst maintaining positive and sensitive boundaries. I have gained experience working into the early hours of the morning, as well as experience implementing risk assessment and safeguarding policies.
