Support project team on Interior build out from inception to completion. Assist and support the Project Managers issue PO’s, CO’s, process vendors’ invoices/payment applications confirming all proper documents such as Statutory Declaration, progress draws, WSIB and insurance are provided. Track and communicate project schedules, risks, and opportunities; ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct project team meetings and record minutes. Document and gather all project closeout checklist requirements throughout the project life cycle in order that the project audits are successful and KPI is on track.
