Design and implement webinars, virtual practicums, online courses to support refugee integration and long-term self-sufficiency. Media strategy was adopted by all CASA affiliates in New Jersey. -Supervised, trained and scheduled approximately 12 regular office volunteers with an upwards of 40 during organization events- Implemented a 10th Anniversary Marketing Campaign managing all social media aspects as well as the design of logos, brochures, pamphlets, posters etc.

As Editor-in-Chief, supervised approximately 30 people in producing a weekly paper with a circulation of 3,700, designed one page a week and provide guidance to staff.; Maintain a blog titled "The Green Gab Blog," which discusses environmental issues publish two stores a week as a reporter, provided beat coverage to Faculty Senate for Fall 2007, copy edited stories two to three times a week for Fall 2007 and the 2008-2009 school year, write headlines, edit AP stories and assist with story ideas.
