Tai Thai Restaurant is a small Thai restaurant in Hong Kong. I was the only waitress , greeting and serving up to 14 tables of guests. I gained further understanding of Thai food and culture, customer service skills and basic food and bar hygiene, safety and preparation. This also gave me confidence to build a good rapport with customers including dealing with awkward customers and customer complaints in a professional and positive manner.

Coached migrant domestic workers, children with special needs and children from low-income communities how to swim and be water safe for the first time. Other duties included doing office & admin work, social media, reviewing grants, curriculum development and hosting a fundraiser event raising over HKD$160,000

Volunteered at a local charity that helps children without families and pregnant teenage mothers. Formed close relationships with orphan babies aged 3-18 months by aiding them in eating, walking, sleeping and improving their gross motor skills.
