Hi, I’m Ella Schultz! I’d like to say I’m a communicator at heart—I’ve always been fascinated by the power of language and how it intersects with technology. My undergrad was in Communication Studies, where I focused on Rhetorical Communication, and that’s when it really hit me just how impactful words can be. They shape opinions, solve problems, and even spark change.I more recently graduated with my masters degree in cyber security where i learned just how important our digital space is. It’s been such a fascinating journey learning how to protect the online world where we all work, connect, and share ideas. Throughout my schooling I became proficient with tools like Wireshark and Nmap. They’ve helped me become pretty skilled at analyzing network traffic and spotting vulnerabilities.What really drives me, though, is the connection between communication and cybersecurity. I don’t think people realize just how intertwined those two fields are. My goal is to help organizations communicate in clear, impactful ways while also making sure their information stays secure.For me, it’s about bridging that gap between the digital world and the human one. I want to make the online space a place where people can trust, learn, and grow without worrying about their safety. Combining communication skills with cybersecurity allows me to bring a fresh perspective to both fields—and I try to keep it all approachable and relatable while I’m at it.
