In Project Hope, I lead the ideation committee as part of the overall leading team of this youth-started initiative to plan and propose events and activities to raise funds for the Make a Wish Foundation Singapore. Some activities helmed by my committee under my designation were coming up with planning ideas for fundraising events such as the sale of care packs and a fundraising concert - Concert Clarus which has raised around three thousand dollars.

Alongside my founding team members, we created TSB after seeing a need to raise more social awareness for causes and organisations that are overlooked or unheard off.As Head of Liasons and Partnerships, I spearheaded the curation of our initiatives and sales while connecting my team with organisations to fundraise for.

Under the Social Innovation Talent Development Programme, I have learnt critical skills in marketing, managing social enterprises as well as product and service innovation. Through this experience, I have participated in many competitions and relevant workshops in order to hone my skills as a social innovator, even embarking on an overseas learning journey in Surabaya, Indonesia to learn about environmental policy, waste management and local start-up initiatives.Experiences and activities:1. As one of the 30 fellows chosen to be apart of the National Young Leaders Fellowship, I was exposed to many social causes, organised several community engagements as well as networked with many of the nation's leading figures in social advocacy and engagement.A few memorable events and engagements during my fellowship in NYLF are as follows:1. Christmas at HCSA Highpoint : Where a team of fellows including myself, lead volunteers to carry out the event and interact with residents at Highpoint House.2. Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship: It is an annual programme Halogen Foundation carries out in secondary schools in Singapore, this year, I was able to help out and facilitate the final two days of the event, getting to see the behind the scenes management as well as interact with the student participants.3. Earthshot 2023 - I was honoured to be able to attend Earthshot 2023 on its networking day, where I met many industry leaders who are paving the way for more sustainable practices as well as other youth who were interested in environmental causes.4. National Young Leaders Experience 2024 - I was given the opportunity to host a workshop for participants of NYLE on Sustaining Projects where I planned and led facilitators to conduct activities to share tips and points of reflection for young leaders.
