After years of finance & controlling leadership in region Asia North and Asia South Pacific, working focus is changed from finance area to strategy, M&A, profit improvement project , efficency improvement etc.Support country strategy for region companies,Lead M&A activites in region following strategy, Act as PMO for profit improvement project for region companies,Meanwhile, be reponsible for regional Asia north internal audit and process improvment function.

Responsible for 17 companies financial and controlling including 7 manufacturing companies. 1 service companies and 9 trading companies respectively located in China mainland , Korea , Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines. Support Region management to achieve set targets regarding growth and profitability in coherence with Group' guideline and Strategy. Assure and improve quality and efficiency of local staff.Standardize the financial processes across the region and ensure group' regulation and internal control systems are in place in an efficient and effective way. Fix transfer pricing according to global guideline and do daily analyze key performance indicators of all units in the region to elaborate targets and improvement measures in coordination with region head. Build up measures follow up system to secure the sustainable development of the region.Check / review certain level offers and review / approval certain level investment in all units of the region. And participate the establishment of strategic key projects with control of the milestones of the development .Supervises and review internal rolling forecast as well as external consolidated group reporting of the region.Support local company in carting out treasure activities according to group standards and evaluate the local tax environment as well as risk evaluation with countermeasures .Besides regional controller role , also responsible for IT job of region Asia South Pacific.

Responsibility as Asia North Financial controller of KSB group Responsible for 10 companies' financial controlling including 4 manufacturing companies in China , 5 trading companies in China ,Japan, HK, Taiwan, Korea respectively and 1 service company in China. Working scope includes Region performance management support (Budget & forecast review , target setting, actual business performance tracking, proposal for improvement, risk evaluation with countermeasures etc.) , Group / Region/ company finance and controlling strategy support and implementation including investment and people management. Responsibility as Senior controlling manager of KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd.Ensure accurate analysis on company’s operation / performance from financial data point of view;Execute business control including the purchase contract review/approval; sales quotation review / approval; expense control;Ensure financial management reports are timely and accurate;Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast process, follow up the status and provide proposal of actions to ensure the target achieved;Oversee comparison of analysis of projects’ pre-calculation and post calculation, find the risk by dig the reasons, provide proposal to avoid the potential loss;Set up the credit control system on customer’s credit checking / goods delivery risk analysis / payment checking/dispute solving ,and ensure the system is executed properly.Establish and monitor the internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and Participate in the incentive system setting up on operation / sales / service;Ensure the audit result is reliable by communication with audit firm partner;Provide overall management and direction to cost & controlling & credit management team including leadership, coaching and strategic planning.
