Within this capacity, I have ensured optimal performance of technical, clinical, and operational functions for this start-up provider of medical devices in direct-to-patient services. Essentially, I have served as clinical area expert in direct-to-patient services and R&D and primary clinical interface to internal and external stakeholders.I also perform clinical protocol reviews, clinical reports reviews, and health risk assessments. I then review market research related to products and provide medical oversight and expertise for all commercial activities, including medical communications. In doing so, I am able to support compliance endeavours in the formulation and implementation of methods, processes and product planning.Some of my proudest achievements to date include:• Coordinated and oversaw full lifecycle development of FBC and Covid-19 testing service within four-months.• Lead generation of concept, design, and planning of automated diagnostic protocols.• Enabled focused development of product use-cases, to support product placement and implementation through astute coordination of cross-functional teams.

I was headhunted to this position to lead executive leadership teams on tele-health operations and delivery of clinical services across Latin America. Within this role, I was tasked with establishing board processes and governance framework aligned to regulating statutes and business priorities.Some of my most memorable achievements to date include:• Spearheaded restructuring of executive team that enabled significant improvement to operational framework.• Made value-added contributions to client pitching services, especially strategic interaction with representatives from Panamanian government.• Entrusted to provide expertise to development of clinical workflows and serve as trusted advisor in executive decisions concerning management of business, technical, clinical, and operational functions.

Here, together with running the partner business Operon Health, I provided expertise, direction, and oversight towards development and implementation of clinical workflow solutions for UK NHS Digital. In doing so, I owned responsibility for managing a highly efficient senior team. I also defined performance metrics and reviewed reports to monitor progress against the original action plan.Some of my most important accomplishments include:• Succeeded in developing and launching a new electronic healthcare record (EHR) platform that achieved initial revenue target within just 15-months of release date.• Seized an opportunity to streamline operational costs with initiation of strategic partnership that passed core EHR business on to Inidus Limited.• Took over running of NHS medical practice and provided delivery of improved primary care services and enhanced infrastructure support.

Co-founder and Partner. Took on a failing single handed NHS practice in late 2001, with 2,300 patients and by 2009 grew it successfully to 7,500 patients, providing quality care and services through a skilled clinical and administrative team.

Over the course of this tenure, I was engaged by client executive teams as subject matter expert in a diverse range of clinical improvement initiatives for organisations of varying size and functionality. With each contract, I established, developed, and maintained open lines of communication with project stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of requirements and prompt attainment of overarching goals and priorities.Some of my proudest achievements include:• Orchestrated end-to-end delivery of turnaround management projects for NHS London / Midlands, and East.• Served as subject matter expert in health technologies and optimising design of medical intranet pages.• Performed governance and clinical safety audits for London Primary Care Trusts, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of regulating statutes and quality of care standards.• Selected, amongst peers, as Interim Medical Director for a primary care provider in the UK.• Strengthened efficacy of health service reforms through activities conducted with Integre Consulting/ AXA PPP.
