Supply chain analyst for 1.5 million square foot warehouse serving Williams Sonoma family of companies for the southeast US region. Using several factors, I optimized drop yard locations for the company to decrease cost of each warehouse delivery route. Gathered and analyzed data to present a driver system that decreased cost while increasing shipping efficiency.
