Adept Project and Programme Manager with 10+ years’ international experience spanning both private and public sectors.Across chocolate IT, central government, luxury lifestyle, property, FMCG and finance, my roles have focused on strategic change, engagement and the digital space. I ensure exceptional project / programme delivery and leadership through a rich understanding of my clients' and their consumer's needs, utilising a combined approach of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.As a former pastry chef / chocolatier with an everlasting devotion to fine chocolate, in my spare time I launched my own chocolate business, Elle Coco, in 2013.
