Managed strategic partnership development, contract coordination and fundraising to support re:focus’ mission and portfolios of work with cities to invest in climate ready infrastructure around the world. During her tenure, re:focus executed over $3 million in contracts and collaborative agreements with leading global engineering, legal, policy, and financial firms.

Managed dynamic teams of engineering, legal, and finance experts from top national firms in collaboration with eight cities from across the United States to develop strategies for aggregating and integrating high-priority infrastructure projects across sectors, leverage public resources and attract private investment. The RE.invest Initiative was supported by the Rockefeller Foundation to create a transformational shift in the way cities design, plan, and invest in resilient infrastructure systems, findings presented in a series of RE.invest reports released March 2015.

Appointed to the position of Special Assistant to the Assistant Administrator for International and Tribal Affairs, responsible for supporting strategic planning and policy program development. Managed large-scale consultation and stakeholder engagement efforts associated with restructuring federal tribal grant programs and defining USEPA contributions to international forums. Coordinated partnership development for the US-Brazil Joint Initiative on Urban Sustainability, an effort to increase investment in urban green infrastructure in the US and Brazil, which resulted in the development of an interactive online entry point for communities, local officials, developers and investors to facilitate collaboration for investment in urban sustainability in cities around the world. Established a $2 million grant program to support environmental research and programming at Tribal Colleges and Universities nationwide. Created and managed the first Communications Team within the Office of International and Tribal Affairs, which included an office-wide effort to integrate communications planning into project development to increase program visibility; producing 70+ speeches for the EPA Administrator and Assistant Administrator for International and Tribal Affairs, and developing an interactive Google Map accessed by 1500+ people in a single day when launched on Earth Day 2011.

Assisted with Congressional relations and general outreach, including but not limited to researching current and former political and business leaders in the trans-Atlantic community and providing active communication among members to improve the European-US relationship.

Provided clients with comprehensive media, legislation and policy analysis and evaluation for use in the development of advocacy strategies

Supported the development of a business model for a public-private working group on mental health issues in sub-Saharan Africa, evaluated grant proposals for the Hope Initiative, World Vision’s HIV/AIDS program and represented the organization on the UN's Interagency Steering Committee for Emergency Response
