I like to solve puzzles and problems. I also enjoy teaching others new skills in a way that meshes with their styles of learning and doing. Software and web development are all about creating solutions and translating ideas into a pleasing and exciting user experience. From my days of studying electronics technology and mathematics in college, to digging into the registry of computer operating systems to tweak desktops and shells, to "collecting" software and apps out of curiosity about their design operability, all my experiences have led to my study of web development and the adventure of translating code into accessible, attractive and exciting web content. My interests lie in making sure websites can be accessed by users of varying abilities and utilizing responsive design principles to accomodate the plethora of devices being used all over the world every day.Ultimately I believe another definition of accessibility also encompasses includes the creators of web experiences. I want to have a hand in helping assist individuals from underrepresented groups--whether of class, sex, race or gender--in reaching for opportunities in this limitless field.
