Using Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of an external squad keeping a legacy system functioning and aligned with dependencies from other areas of the organisation. Managing a Team of 10 Junior to Senior Business Analysts across the Digital Transformation area of Genesis, which spanned multiple projects and squads. I also led demonstrations to the business of the new developments after each sprint and their pre-testing of these before the user acceptance schedule.
