This includes emails that get logged into a ticketing system, calls to our Helpdesk line, and taking walk-ins. Tasks include account maintenance using Microsoft Admin tools - utilizing Active Directory, AAD, and Office 365 admin center. Troubleshooting user issues relating to software and hardware that the company utilizes. Troubleshooting networks when they go offline and working with the relevant parties to resolve. Maintaining and organising hardware to ensure they are suitable for use by employees. Travel to other sites to assist with hardware and network setups and customer-facing issues. We work as a team in this role to help each other out with trickier issues and escalate jobs as needed. Show less
