• Maintain new and/or established profiles into EMR including demographic, insurance, medical/surgical history• Maintain high patient call volume of new and/or established patients, healthcare providers and insurance companies• Schedule and assist patient calls with a high level of customer service• Revised and maintained a new hire training manual for call center personnel, along with training new call center employees• Assist Surgical Coordinators to maximize efficiency and daily flow of patient schedules• Created a tracking system practice wide, along with auditing of accounts to ensure company policies and workflows are being followed • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting to Marketing and Upper Management based on various metrics established through a tracking system via MS Excel, MS Power Point• Preform health screening for the various specialty programs via phone/email• Collect and process medical records to present to the clinical team for review
