Established standardized procedures and policies to expedite the underwriting process and develop employee skill sets.• Developed and implemented a 10-week credit training curriculum to develop credit acumen of new hires and further optimize knowledge of key staff to review analysis more efficiently and effectively, which resulted in greater employee satisfaction, consistent risk analysis and increased productivity that reduced credit review processing time from 3 weeks to 1 week.

Created standardized financial models for all deals to analyze operational performance and evaluate risk on a consistent basis resulting in timely deal conversions, advantageous deal terms and reduced risk. Managed diligence process for 45 transactions totaling $730M in new acquisitions.
