As an Asset Manager, I oversee and optimize the company's property assets across all areas to ensure their success for both the owner and our tenants. My role frequently involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, which includes leading and executing various company initiatives, conducting research and development, and ensuring timely completion of tenant upfits and other projects.I am responsible for coordinating and managing processes from start to finish, maintaining comprehensive project documentation for each property and tenant. This includes handling parking forms, leases, renewals, tenant payment schedules, vendor information, legal notices, and ensuring that tenant statements are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, I post utility bills to tenant statements to ensure landlords are reimbursed appropriately.This role demands strong expertise in finance, management, operations, and computer systems. It requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Meeting deadlines, maintaining integrity, and upholding professionalism while collaborating with others are essential aspects of this position.

Scheduling all employees daily assignments assuring all properties were up to company standards assuring quality control within all inventory.
