Responsible for the operations of site services and maintenance services for over 3000 employees and visitors in approximately 1 million square foot facility. Provide quality services to the Biogen Cambridge campus including both office and lab space through the coordinated efforts of numerous vendors. Assist and collaborate with many teams and departments on site to ensure the daily operations and short and long-term projects are successful.• • Collaborate, plan and design along with architects and engineers the construction or renovation of office, lab and collaborative space • Coordinate all moves related to departments, including one person moves to several hundred persons • Oversee furniture orders, installation, inventory and ergonomic program • Serve as Business/user expert in the development and enhancement of existing Facilities application(s)• Bid, select and manage vendors; food service, janitorial service, water service provider, print and mail service, intercampus shuttle, exterior and interior plants, onsite fitness center and daycare facility• Manage and monitor pest control program in both the GMP and non-GMP areas• Ensure quality food service, catering and vending • Develop and monitor trash, recycling and compostable services and programs• Create job aide materials, training documentation and ongoing working documentation• Serve as a key resource for campus information

• Responsible for any open space area on campus. Works with on site vendors to ensure campus needs are being met and resources are allocated appropriately.• Coordinate all on site functions campus-wide. Proactively work to bring together all teams to ensure alignment on all campus events including; Facilities, Security, IT, Catering, Janitorial and AV.• Responsible for purchase of supplies, equipment and maintenance upkeep.

Function as the major interface between the IT organization and their customers. Analyzes business and user needs documenting customer specifications. Work with Project Managers, Software Developers, Business Analysts and other QA Analysts to ensure that the project meets the needs of the business requirements. Create requirements, plan test strategies, and write test plans, test scripts, test report and User Acceptance scripts.
