January, 2009 - September 2012t:Successfully implemented a $20M+ enterprise program to deliver a robust incentives product solution. The product offers the capability for employers to incentivise employees and their dependents with chronic conditions to become educated in their disease(s) and for those who are generally healthy to take specific actions to improve their overall health. The incentive capabilities include various reward mechanisms such as premium deductions, health savings account deposits and gift cards administered by a 3rd party vendor.The program implementation was a complex integration of functionality across 25+ systems plus an incentive vendor as well as coordination with several incentive program providers. Served as PMO and Test advisor on Phase II enhancements for the program to deliver additional incentive offerings (including outcomes-based incentives) as well as incorporating additional incentive program providers.March, 2008 - January, 2009:Served in program and project management roles for an enterprise program to deliver enhancements to WellPoint's consumer-driven health care products.
