Payroll Benefits Specialist
CurrentPayroll & Benefits for entire RLMC organization(Hospital, 3 clinics, Retail Pharmacy and all supporting departments, administration, contracted employees and executive team) Manage Payroll through UKG, maintaining 4 unions-contracted employee updates(salary, PTO, & seniority) and exempt, non-exempt and contract employees. Provide benefit enrollment, education, and new employee orientation. Manage FMLA, WC, LTD, benefit invoice reconciliation and payments, garnishment mgmt, terminations, payroll tax reconciliation quarterly and annually, report review and sharing, maintaining “how to” instructions, continual education updates in all areas payroll and benefit related for organization and staff (all disciplines).
