As CPO I am responsible for ensuring we built the best-in-class product with an amazing user experience that truly simplified the everyday life for Revenue managers and GMs across the hotel industry.

Qmatic is the global leader in customer journey management and smart queuing systems. My position had two main responsibilities; commercial product manager for Qmatic’s cloud initiative as well as user experience lead for all new products and user interfaces.

Ascom is a global solutions provider focused on Healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions.Based on user research knowledge and market trends I had the responsibility to set visions for products and solutions, influencing the strategic decision making regarding Ascom’s future value propositions.

Responsible for the overall user experience of Ascom's next communication device within healthcare, Ascom Myco, focusing on the nurse as the main user.Translating technically complex systems and solutions into understandable and intuitive interfaces, providing the nurse with great experiences. The role also included supporting sales and marketing with storytelling and design communication.
