Currently, I work as a Project Assistant within the Facilities Development Department at the Beaverton School District. This department is currently overseeing a $680 million bond which passed with voters in 2014. These funds go towards the construction of new schools, modernization of others and to upgrade technology throughout the District. As Project Assistant I support Project Managers and Project Coordinators by assisting with administrative tasks in leveraging the time and effectiveness of their leadership positions. My work entails varied and complex assignments relating to the ongoing administration of active engineering and construction projects.

Responsible for leading small reading groups within the Response to Intervention (RTI) curriculum as mandated by the guidelines of Beaverton School District policy. Requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, extreme attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with diverse student population groups. Perform a variety of tasks assisting teachers in the development of instructional programs by working with students individually or in small groups. Prepares instructional materials, maintains classroom discipline, and conducts planned activities.
