Lead generation was primarily through top vendors on the island who identified Moments as a reliable partner and ideal company for clients with high standards. Planned and produced approximately 300 functions, ranging from high-profile weddings to corporate seminars to week-long events. Event responsibilities included hiring and overseeing vendors, establishing setup and execution schedules, designing and producing collateral materials, estimating and overseeing event budgets.Handled all facets of operating a business, such as brand identity, accounts payable/receivable, marketing and website development, contract negotiations, client correspondence, report generation, and market analysis.
