 Designed sophisticated direct digital control systems for commercial buildings to automate heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment to maintain occupant comfort utilizing electronic/pneumatic actuation. Defined the sequence of operation for each system, which describes how setpoints will be maintained, what will happen under certain conditions and programmed code accordingly. Prepared layout, installation and as-built drawings. Performed sizing for control valves and dampers. Defined all necessary material in a bill of material, and made purchases for such. Prepared cost estimate with Johnson Controls software.
