Enterprise consists of a global logistics and contracting network that provide a wide range of support services. Led staff in driving strategic initiatives across facilities, coordinating performance baselines with warfare enterprises, and crafting contract policy and procedure. Coordinated directly with comptroller on all aspects of the $64M operating budget, including multiple accounts and components. Managed labor and non-labor components through detailed site business plans. Provided ongoing financial planning and management to a workforce that processes approximately 89,000 transactions valued at $4.2B in annual obligations. Briefed and advised the Admiral (CEO) and Executive Director daily on a wide array of topics, including: productivity, human capital concerns, multi-layered service policy implementation and compliance, ongoing, office consolidations, production metrics, and contracting capacity and staffing. Conducted evaluations, audits, and inspections, then developed viable courses of action for improvement and compliance.
