Drove consensus among various stakeholders, negotiated restructured corporate governance documents and credit agreements, and implemented restructuring solutions. Interviewed and engaged third parties to assist in driving resolution including financial advisors, investment bankers, and independent board members. Served as GE Capital board observer on five board of directors.
