As Resource Development Manager, I am responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all resource development activities. These activities include researching and writing successful grant proposals, managing donor relations, planning fundraising events, and working with program directors to identify organizational funding needs.

I wrote clear, succinct, eye-catching product descriptions for Tyson. These product descriptions appear on sites like Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Savers. I coordinated with the One Space Content Specialist to meet the needs of their clients and adhere to product guidelines, brand voice, and specifications.

I worked closely with the CEO and Head of Marketing to implement marketing strategies through social media, email campaigns, and SEO. Simultaneously, I was also responsible for all customer experience interactions and ensuring our brand voice was consistent. These interactions took place via e-mail, online chat, phone calls, and social media. Other duties included inventory database tracking, product research, and on-site styling for product photo shoots.

In the Development Internship, I had the opportunity to research, draft, and edit grants to secure funding for COCA - Center of Creative Arts. I also tracked and recorded small and large gifts in a donor database, assisted in fundraiser event planning, and executed donor appreciation strategies.

Created and distributed marketing materials for Fontbonne University's Student Affairs department. I also gained useful interviewing experience by talking to students and creating online biographies for the university's website. Lastly, I managed and posted advertising content for the university's study abroad Instagram account.

At Missouri Humanities Council, I gained experience in research and copy editing. I heavily researched grants and potential funding opportunities for MHC. Copy editing was my other main responsibility. I edited grants and web content before submission to ensure readability and accuracy. This position required efficiency and high organizational skills.
