As a Legal Project Specialist, I apply my legal knowledge and skills to support the company's strategic projects and initiatives. I work with various stakeholders, such as external lawyers, regulators, investors, and business units, to ensure the compliance, feasibility, and efficiency of the projects. I also assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements and legal documents, as well as conducting legal research and analysis.I graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a Bachelor's degree in Law, majoring in business law. During my studies, I participated in several national and international competitions, such as moot court, mediation, and choir, where I won multiple awards and honours. I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my legal expertise, especially the legal aspects in a strategic project such as M&A, business and investment law, corporate law, and financial services.
