• Improved ONT9 site’s Premium Delivery Estimated Accuracy score to 99.43% in 4 months (+.22% improvement) with 18 Pre Slam bps and 39 Post Slam bps (-13 bps pre slam reduction -9 bps Post Slam reduction) through actions including: lane launch process, adjusted flow planning, CPT chase teach series, DEA Wash, and charge gap labor planning. ONT9 led the region in 1st place for DEA score and finished 12th in USNS the month of May which is the best ranking ONT9 has received in 2022• Created departmental actions to improve site’s cost commitment to the network and region and improved TPH by 15.27% in 5 months through development, training, and weekly action roll out to 24 members of the Outbound team. In addition was able to improve YoY Prime TPH by 6.36% and improve YoY TPH by 1.08% under Ellen’s leadership.• Launched #OneInlandEmpire in Q1 2022 which is a platform that hosts community events in the Inland Empire consisting of 57 sites and 57k employees. 18 volunteer opportunities have occurred in 2022 with highlights including 55 Amazonians supporting Habitat for Humanity volunteering 250 hours and Memorial Day Flag Event which had over 300 volunteers.• Diversity Equity and Inclusion POC for the region supporting community, parity, and affinity action rollout for all 5 sites

· Improved cage swap reduction time by 93 seconds resulting in annual savings of $85,000.  Design improvement reduced PIT/PED interaction by 38% and increased PIT parking spots from 4 to 6 spaces. Overall site ranking moved from 35th to 17th. · Developed my Process Assistant (PA) by tasking PA with an area readiness equipment cage assignment. The project resulted in annual savings of $175,000. Improved fast starts impacted all shifts and departments. · Selected by site leadership to be Pick SME while leading PRP Round 5. Competed with sites in our region for 14 weeks. Finished in 1st place with the highest pick rate average and finished in 5th place for the USNS for highest rates in 2020. Led 4 pick managers at our site during the round to track to weekly actions I identified for process improvement.· Trained 3 managers on pick AM role and flow management. Created documentation with all necessary links to improve efficiency. Developed a standard work schedule to follow during shift. Both AM's were chosen to run flow on Black Friday and Cyber Monday based on their strong individual performance.· Implemented additional mat capacity to every A level bin in our VMOD as the OB Quality Champion. After installation our site was able to maintain APMT within threshold and reduce it by 350.

· Averaged a 4.5 connections score with my team of associates during my time as their Area Manager. Average is 4.2 on a 5.0 scale.· Developed a strong pick team through cross training, engagements, and development while leading the building as the shift with the highest pick rates · Selected by Site Leadership to run flow management and lead pick on Black Friday after being in role for less than 6 months.· Created a pick general knowledge quiz that consisted of 35 questions to help pick associates be successful in their role after onboarding. The questions focused on safety, quality, and standard work. Collaborated with learning and ICQA to add the quiz to the onboarding process. Pick shorts from July 2020 - January 2021 have reduced from 153 defects to 37.· Noticed a gap in the area readiness process within the building. Identified a solution through standard work to improve fast starts. Created an AR board in learning, AR staffing, and a handoff cadence between shifts and departments. In just 4 weeks the percent hours lost from fast starts decreased from 1.3% to 1.1%

Supervisor Cohort is a monthly meeting held between the 60+ student supervisors and 10 professional staff throughout the year. At each meeting the Cohort Committee focuses on a competency that will help student leaders in their future careers. Because I was looking for a development opportunity, I decided to apply to be on the committee in order to broaden professional staff perspective as well as assist with session planning, delivery, assessment, and reporting.
