I returned to HPE in 2022. I am glad to be selling technology services solutions to large enterprise accounts. It is a challenging role as many customers require global solutions. Also, I cover both direct and indirect sales channels. In 2017 I started a Customer Success team for a small SaaS Telematics company. I built the Customer Success team from scratch; defined purpose, created metrics, reported on results and scaled to meet growth objectives. I led a very large project to upgrade 3G field devices and associated SaaS renewals. As this division folded into Command Alkon, I was asked to take on a role to set up Customer Success (CS) Operations in SFDC for all the products in the Command Alkon portfolio. Custom dashboards were used to track activities and progress on CS programs. I held training sessions to show the wider CS team how to use the new tools. My career with Command Alkon ended fall of 2022.Before Command Alkon, I sold technology solutions to enterprise accounts for 12 years at Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft and IBM Global Services. I sold consulting services to upgrade IT hardware and software to retail store chains, food manufacturers, credit card companies, airlines, and insurance companies. The key to success is to make others successful. I enjoy helping customers and teammates meet their goals. I look forward to working with customers for many years to come.
