Under my leadership, this company went from servicing 150 patients with a few MLTC Contracts and has progressed to a major Home Health Care Company, with over 3200 patients, currently being serviced, and more than 20 MLTC Contracts in addition to a large private pay client census. I was responsible for overseeing an ever changing office staff, both clinical and non-clinical, Field Nursing Staff, including many Fee For Service Nurses and a large Asian RN Staff, all of whom I personally hired. With my oversight, Americare, Inc. has passed 2 Joint Commission and Department of Health Audits, without any violations of Regulations. Due to my performance in my position I was recently given control over the entire Adult Care Facilities Department.

Worked as Registered Nurse in a multi-disciplined ambulatory surgical center. My responsibilities included overseeing the entire surgical center facility and its clinical staff. My responsibilities also included oversight of pre-surgical testing, circulating in the operating rooms and patient recovery and discharge procedures.
