Responsible for preparation and delivery of Benefits renewals for large client organizations and meeting retention quotas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Educate GMS clients prior to renewal to review plan usage, trends and claims that drive the renewal. Handle 6 month claims meetings for self-funded groups.•Assist with training new Benefit Account Manager or other Benefit Account Managers with in depth Benefits questions.•Assist with keeping renewal materials up to date and create new materials, as needed.•Act as the Benefits contact within large client organizations. Respond and handle all employee requests as it relates to the Benefit function.•Initiate quoting process with clients. Collect, organize, and submit information to quoting specialist and underwriting team.•Prepare renewal package for GMS blocks of business and create the renewal proposal package, including client specific reporting and recommended changes to the current offering.•Present benefits package to client; explain plan designs and options for plan adjustments while making recommendations on changes. Enroll employees into various benefit options.•Develop and conduct informational and enrollment meetings with client and their employees to explain healthcare plan which could include new hire benefit meetings.•Maintain client/GMS relationship to attain client retention through quality service.•Keep record of client interactions by recording details of meetings and conversations.
