In this position I am the secretary to the Director and Deputy Director of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports, department International Affairs.

As PA to the Managing Director Benelux and France I am doing all regular PA tasks, with a broad focus on calender management, liasing with all layers in the company. As Administration Manager I am responsible for managing 5 office managers, who are located in Amsterdam (2), Rotterdam, Brussels and Paris. As Travel Manager I agree corporate rates with hotels, make sure the travel bookings are done within the set policies and procedures and always make sure we stay within the budget. Show less

Next to my job as HR Assistant I also was occupied as Health Coördinator for 2 days per week.

My responsibilities included HR administration: contracts, resignations, holiday registration, sickness registration according to the Gatekeepers law. Next to that I was involved in Health and Safety: First aid, sit in with meetings with company doctor, advise on how to arrange a healthy desk environment (height of your chair, desk etc)

I worked as PA for Steve Youngman, Chief Internal Auditor from 2003-2006 and after that I was PA to Herna Verhagen, HR Director TNT.
