Teaches Masters level Leadership Development, Strategic Innovation & Change. Design curriculum for online/classroom undergraduate and graduate programs in leadership development, civil society/nonprofit management. Also has taught NPO Program Accountability and Evaluation, Global Civil Society, Service-Oriented Field Experiences (e.g., Ireland, Mexico, Navajo Nation, Alaska), Fund Development, Wealth and Philanthropy, Grant Writing, Nonprofit Consulting.

Led project management and managed technical learning & content system development and management on large scale knowledge management project for an international US-based foundation.

Research, training, and technical assistance to federal Workforce Investment Act Performance Enhancement Project (large scale data collection, aggregration and calculation of WIA participants). Designed and provided technical training on data analysis and reporting.

Managed and directed experiential learning facility and safety systems and investigations in Washington State. Facilitated adult and youth groups in leadership, team building, decision making and goal setting initiatives. Developed safety curricula.

Directed diverse portfolio of programs with nonprofit organizations including program management and monitoring, budget development and analysis, reporting. Directed education program for 1000 youth corps participants in diversity, leaderhship, career planning, GED completion, school mentoring and culture.

Managed nuclear waste watch-dog stakeholder group for tri-state clean-up of Hanford Nuclear WasteFacility. Conducted media and marketing and communications to public as well as activist groups. Man-aged media relations, press releases, and risk communications.
