This is a Summer job that keeps hiring me back for the good work I do. Here I have supervision over newer hires and am entrusted to delegate tasks when managers aren't present. Employees learn valuables lessons such as how to work with large groups of people, customer service with over 300 people on a slow day, and being able to work in a team while cleaning.
