A) Key driver for strategic and tactical Organizational Development Initiatives - Source, implement and drive relevant competency-based learning and leadership development programs to enhance functional/leadership capabilities; - Coordinate, implement and measure talent management initiatives; - Conduct training/ Implementation of regional program - Implement Career Advancement Planning process; - Implement Performance Management Process; - Initiate and implement Employer Branding Program in campus; - Develop and implement Management Trainee Program; - Involve in Culture development during integration; - Facilitate and conduct training; - Develop and drive On-boarding Program; - Facilitate succession planning process, talent identification and talent retention & development strategy - Champion Employee Engagement initiatives. B) Internal Client Management - HR Partnering - Talent Recruitment, Retention and Engagement projects; C) Other developmental projects - Take charge of Mercer C&B benchmarking project - Initiate & facilitate Employee Communication forums - Change Management project for IT system integration - Change Management project for company integration
