I'm Ellie - a Nutritionist passionate about inspiring my community with health promotion, & in my own business supporting women and couples in their fertility journey - from preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care. I am a HAES aligned nutritionist, I love helping patients see their true potential lies not just in their physical body, but their mental wellbeing as well. Healing your relationship with food is a big part of my practice, especially as part of preconception care, so that we can stop the cycle of dieting with the next generation by healing our own relationship with food first. I’m also working as a freelance recipe developer with different brands and independent health professionals who want nutritionally balanced, delicious food.
