Key projects include the multi phased new build mixed use development in Dorchester acting for both the investment fund and lending bank as Project Monitoring surveyor; Project Management of several comprehensive Cat A and TMT office refurbishment schemes in London, Reading and Bristol; Project Management of refurbishment and new build schemes of retail parks and shopping centres along with technical due diligence of numerous investment acquisitions. I provided building surveying and project services to institutional clients, property companies and banks. Key projects included project management of a £15m office refurbishment, several new build retail warehouse developments up to £8m and numerous acquisition surveys or portfolio surveys leading teams through due diligence on commercial property.I left in 2007 after 8 years with 3 years at main board level to persue my own business in the market.

Working in the West End, I provided general building surveying and contract administration services to commercial property clients.
