(fka GenCanna Global USA, Inc.) and affiliates as debtors and debtors in possession in chapter 11 cases in the Eastern District of Kentucky; (ii) representing a secured mortgage lender and the principal creditor in the chapter 11 case of ITS Investing Spokane, LLC in the Eastern District of Washington, and successfully obtaining a conversion of the case to chapter 7 followed by a dismissal of the case to allow a foreclosure sale and state receivership to proceed; (iii) counsel for the largest unsecured creditor and member of the official committee of unsecured creditors in the chapter 11 case of Lapeer Industries, Inc. in the Eastern District of Michigan; and (iv) representing a secured mortgage lender in the chapter 11 case of South Venture Investment Group, LLC in the Northern District of Georgia, and successfully negotiating for a consensual dismissal of the case to allow a foreclosure sale and state receivership to proceed.
